The article describes the architecture of streaming services in a hybrid telecommunications environment, which will provide flexibility and scalability of the telecommunication network’s computing resources. Hybrid solutions for cloud-based telecom service systems through enhanced multilayer telecommunications system architecture and interoperability between subsystems at different levels will allow for control of the service process, such as workflow distribution, information flow, and compute service telegram resources ulcer.
The performance of control functions depends on the organization of the computational process for these functions. Therefore, there is a need to organize the computing process for sets of network functions, such as a radio controller, a transport network, or a network kernel controller, or a router controller at the LAN boundary of the carrier to be virtualized, any network element that is managed and it can be represented according to this concept on the data transfer function and the element control function.
The proposed NFV infrastructure management model, which takes into account the features of the date of service centers, as well as the topological structure of hybrid telecommunication services arriving at data centers, allows for flexible management of the information and telecommunication system organized with the use of cloud computing.
The developed LAN architecture of the mobile network operator allows to evaluate the advantages and bottlenecks of virtualization of network functions and to determine the features of providing quality of service indicators in a heterogeneous telecommunication environment.
